Company paid for Factory Housekeeping Lady by month but this not a salary so what account (General Ledger) i need to put it?
Please help me..
When a company hires a cleaning service, whether it be an individual or a company, they are paying them to maintain the cleanliness of their office or building.
You can use a Repairs & Maintenance Expense account, or do what a lot of businesses do and set up an expense account called "Office Cleaning Expense".
